Dog Show – Terms and Conditions & Disclaimer

1. Entry to the dog show is subject to approval by the Organising Committee.
2. All dogs must be registered through the official entry form to be eligible.
3. Dogs must be healthy, well-groomed, and free from contagious diseases.
4. Owners must ensure their dogs are vaccinated and carry valid vaccination records if requested.
5. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times unless instructed otherwise by the organizers.
6. Aggressive behavior by any dog will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the venue.
7. The Organising Committee reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant without assigning a reason.
8. Owners are solely responsible for the behavior, safety, and well-being of their dogs during the event.
9. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to dogs, owners, or third parties.
10. Participants must follow all instructions given by judges, event officials, and volunteers.
11. Any form of misconduct by owners or handlers may lead to disqualification.
12. Photography and videography may be conducted during the event for promotional purposes.
13. Organizers reserve the right to amend rules, schedules, or event arrangements without prior notice.
14. By submitting the entry form, participants acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions of the dog show.
