Kolam Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to registered participants only.
2. Participants must report at the venue at the specified time.
3. Only one participant is allowed per entry.
4. Participants must bring their own materials required for the Rangoli / Kolam.
5. Only dry materials such as colored powders, rice flour, or flowers are permitted.
6. Use of artificial colors, paints, or chemicals is strictly prohibited.
7. The theme, size, and time limit will be announced on the spot.
8. Participants must complete their Kolam within the allotted time.
9. Judging will be based on creativity, neatness, color combination, and adherence to the theme.
10. Any form of copying or external assistance may lead to disqualification.
11. Participants must maintain cleanliness at the venue.
12. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
13. Organizers reserve the right to modify rules or schedules without prior notice.
14. By participating, individuals agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of the competition.

கோலப்போட்டி – விதிமுறைகள்

1. புள்ளி வைத்து கலர் கோலம் மட்டுமே போட வேண்டும்.
2. கோலத்தின் அளவு : 4 x 4 அடி.
3. கலர் பொடிகளை பங்கேற்பாளர்களே கொண்டு வர வேண்டும்.
4. நேர அளவு : ஒரு மணி நேரம்.

Kolam Competition – Rules & Regulations

1. Colour Rangoli / Colour Kolam must be drawn using dots only.
2. Size of the Kolam should be 4 x 4 feet.
3. Time duration for the competition is 1 hour.
4. Participants must bring their own colour powder.
