Awareness Rally & Inaugural Ceremony – Terms and Conditions

1. The Awareness Rally & Inaugural Ceremony is open to registered participants and invited guests.
2. Participants must report at the designated venue and time as communicated by the organizers.
3. All participants must follow the instructions given by event organizers, volunteers, and authorities.
4. Discipline and decorum must be maintained throughout the event.
5. Participants taking part in the rally must follow traffic rules and safety guidelines.
6. Any form of misconduct, unsafe behavior, or disruption may result in removal from the event.
7. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during the event.
8. Photography and videography may be carried out for promotional and documentation purposes.
9. Organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule or program flow without prior notice.
