Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in the Road Safety Bike Rally is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
2. Participants must possess and carry valid documents including Driving License, Vehicle Insurance, Registration Certificate (RC), and Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate.
3. Only vehicles that are roadworthy and legally compliant are permitted to participate.
4. All participants must strictly follow traffic rules and road safety guidelines.
5. Wearing a helmet is mandatory for both rider and pillion rider.
6. Rash driving, overspeeding, stunts, or dangerous behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
7. Participants must follow the designated rally route and instructions given by organizers and authorities.
8. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss, damage, or death during the event.
9. Participants confirm that they are medically fit to participate in the rally.
10. Any violation of rules may result in removal from the rally.
11. Organizers reserve the right to deny participation or modify the event schedule without prior notice.
12. Photography and videography during the event may be used for promotional purposes.
13. By signing below, the participant confirms that all information provided is true and agrees to abide by all terms and conditions.
