Treasure Hunt – Terms and Conditions & Liability Waiver

1. Eligibility: The treasure hunt is open to registered participants only.
2. Mandatory Documents: Participants using any vehicle must carry and produce the following valid documents when required:
   • Valid Driving License (DL)
   • Valid Vehicle Insurance
   • Valid Registration Certificate (RC)
   • Valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate
3. Vehicle Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for the roadworthiness and legality of their vehicle.
4. Traffic Rules Compliance: All participants must strictly follow traffic rules and regulations throughout the event.
5. Safety First: Rash driving, overspeeding, or dangerous behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
6. Liability Waiver: The organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or theft occurring during the event.
7. Medical Fitness: Participants confirm they are medically fit to participate and do so at their own risk.
8. Timely Reporting: Participants must report at the designated starting point at least 30 minutes before the event start time.
9. Disqualification: Failure to comply with rules or instructions from event officials will result in disqualification.
10. Decision Authority: The decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding.
11. Right to Amend: Organizers reserve the right to modify rules, routes, or schedules without prior notice.
12. Media Consent: Participants grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional and documentation purposes.
13. Agreement to Terms: By registering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
